A Brazilian Portuguese Follow-up Form, Built for Real Use

Practitioners in Brazil have just taken a big step forward for CREIGHTON MODEL teaching. A team at the Federal University of São Paulo has produced the first carefully tested Brazilian Portuguese version of the Follow-up Form.

Until now, many teachers there have been translating the English form as they went. This new version was done with the developer’s permission and checked the way it should be: translated, reviewed by experts, translated back into English, and tried with real users. Certified FertilityCare Practitioners helped shape the wording so it still teaches the method exactly as it was meant to be taught, in language that fits everyday life in Brazil.

The finished form gives practitioners across the country a shared tool they can trust. It is a strong sign of the careful, growing work being done to bring the CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare System to more women and couples in Brazil.
