FertilityCare Centers International (FCCI) is a global network uniting FertilityCare Practitioners and Medical Consultants to deliver the Creighton Model FertilityCare System (CrMS) and NaProTECHNOLOGY® worldwide. Founded in 1999 and rooted in the principles of Humanae Vitae, FCCI promotes ethical, women-centered reproductive healthcare focused on natural fertility regulation rather than suppressive or contraceptive approaches.

At its core is the Creighton Model — the only standardized system for charting a woman’s menstrual and fertility cycles — which serves as the foundation for NaProTECHNOLOGY (Natural Procreative Technology). This researched medical model offers restorative treatments for gynecological and reproductive issues in full alignment with life-affirming principles.

FCCI supports its mission through an international affiliate structure that helps establish local FertilityCare Centers, providing education, certification, resources, and professional oversight to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Biological Markers of Health and Fertility

The CrMS relies upon the standardized observations and charting of biological markers that are essential to understanding a woman’s health and fertility. These “biomarkers” tell the couple when they are naturally fertile and infertile, thus allowing the couple to use the system either to achieve or to avoid pregnancy. The biomarkers also identify abnormalities in a woman’s health. The CrMS is “an authentic language” that, with a few minutes of daily observations, provides a woman with incredible insight into the function of her body.

NaProTECHNOLOGY (Natural Procreative Technology) is a women’s health science developed at the Saint Paul VI Institute in Omaha, Nebraska. Rather than suppressing or bypassing a woman’s natural cycles, it works with them to monitor, maintain, and restore reproductive health.
