The Saint Paul VI Institute’s CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare System Allied Health Education Programs offer the world’s only natural fertility regulation program rooted in a firm ethical foundation, inspired by Humanae Vitae, and supported by nearly 50 years of rigorous scientific research led by Dr. Thomas W. Hilgers and collaborators.

Jointly provided with Creighton University Health Sciences Continuing Education and accredited by the American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals (AAFCP), these programs equip professionals worldwide to provide authentic, pro-life women’s reproductive health care. Through the Creighton Model FertilityCare System (CrMS) and NaProTECHNOLOGY, you can deliver personalized protocols that respect patients’ beliefs and dignity while addressing gynecologic health, family planning, infertility, PMS, postpartum depression, and more—morally and effectively.

These education programs are available internationally through AAFCP-accredited providers. Education Phase I and Phase II sessions (approximately six months apart) are offered in various locations, welcoming students from around the world. While some intensive immersion phases occur in Omaha, Nebraska, programs are also held in multiple countries, including:

  • United States (various cities such as Omaha, St. Louis, Birmingham, and more)
  • Australia (Sydney)
  • Mexico (Mexico City, with Spanish-language options)
  • Colombia (Bogotá)
  • Poland (Krakow)

Additional global outreach extends to regions in Europe, Latin America, Africa, Asia, and beyond through affiliated networks.

Join a thriving international community of dedicated professionals in this transformative allied health field. Students participate in intensive sessions that build inspiration, shared values, and supportive networks—often leading to lifelong friendships and professional collaborations.

Choose from certification pathways including:

  • FertilityCare Practitioner
